Steven A. Clark – President and CEO
Mr. Clark has over 13 years of insurance finance and health care strategy experience. He holds a B.S. from Drake University and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. His broad consulting experience encompasses both private companies and those in the Fortune 500. Mr. Clark’s expertise in negotiations, benefit plan design, and financial analysis has produced millions of dollars in proven savings for his clients.

Brandon M. Miller – Vice President and COO
Mr. Miller's nearly 11 years of health care financial analysis experience has been garnered via traditional insurance companies, third party administrators (TPAs) and consulting firms. He earned his B.S. in Finance from the State University of NY at Buffalo and currently serves on its Alumni Board of Directors. Mr. Miller is also an active Program Committee member for W.E.B. – Worldwide Employee Benefits.
